At OfficialTaxiTenerife we only have official taxis from each of the municipalities on the island of Tenerife.
We have agreements with the island’s taxi associations and we deal with them directly, without intermediaries. This allows us to offer competitive prices compared to other websites for booking taxis and transfers in Tenerife.
Our prices are fixed and definitive, with no hidden costs, including taxes, tolls, tips, etc.
You can book your taxi at least 24 hours in advance, from any hotel, establishment, port, airport or point on the island.
If your reservation departs from Tenerife South Airport, when you have collected your luggage you must go to the customer service point in office number 9, inside the airport.
If you are at Tenerife North Airport, at the exit of the luggage collection area you must take the exit on the right, where you will find the airport taxi service, and present your reservation at the counter.
If you are travelling from a hotel to any of the airports or another destination, the driver will meet your group in the main lobby of the hotel.
If you are leaving from a holiday home or private apartment, please arrive at the exit or main door at the time agreed in your booking.
Otherwise, please indicate in your booking the details of where you want to be picked up, such as street and number, square, place of interest, etc.
When you complete and pay for your booking online, you will receive a confirmation email within a few seconds with the details of the booking, the invoice, as well as all the conditions and considerations to take into account.
