El Camisón is a popular beach in the town of Playa de Las Américas, municipality of Arona, in the tourist area of the south of Tenerife.
It is located very close to Las Vistas beach, belonging to the town of Los Cristianos.
El Camisón has golden sand, is accessible, adapted for wheelchairs, very touristy, with calm waves, good weather, with an avenue and a promenade that surrounds it, and has extensive services.
All this, together with the number of hotels and apartments in its vicinity, makes it very popular, being one of the favorite beaches for tourists and residents on vacation in the area.
The beach has a length of 350 meters, and an average width of about 40 meters.

How to get to El Camisón beach?
Getting to this beach is easy since it is located in the heart of Playa de las Américas, and very close to Las Vistas beach in Los Cristianos.
To get there by car you must take the southern highway (TF-1) and take exit 72 towards Los Cristianos. You will see signposted routes that you will have to take to go to the beach area or the port.
By bus, you can take a line to the Los Cristianos bus station, such as line 111 from Santa Cruz, or lines 110 or 342 from Costa Adeje. Then walk to the beach or take an intercity bus. Lines 418, 447, 450, 467, 471 or 473 run through several nearby towns and pass relatively close to El Camisón beach.
To get there more directly, quickly and also avoid parking problems in this busy area, the best option is to take a taxi, whether you are near Los Cristianos or Playa de las Américas, as in other nearby towns in the south of the island.
