Availability of Services

  • We guarantee that all bookings are accepted by Taxi services.
  • All information provided on the websites is in good faith and correct at the time of printing.
  • We will not be liable for any errors in bookings that are not reported to us or the driver.

Transport service

  • Transfers will be guaranteed to all points, both departures and arrivals.
  • For arrival transfers, our hostesses or drivers will wait for you in the arrivals area, at office 9 Reina Sofia Airport, identified with our logo, otherwise go to the first taxi at the rank showing your proof of purchase from Oficial Taxi, at Los Rodeos Norte airport they will wait for you in the arrivals area, otherwise go to the area reserved for Official Taxis with your proof of purchase.
  • For Departures You are responsible for checking the agreed pick-up time and ensuring that the arrival time at the terminal and the departure time at the Hotel is 20 minutes before and in no case less than two hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
  • The driver will pick you up and take you as close as possible to the indicated address. In the event that access via a conventional route is closed due to weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc., the driver, at your express request, will use a longer route to reach the agreed destination.

Method of payment

Full payment during the online booking process via bank card.

Cancellation Policy

Official Taxi, notifies all its customers that its cancellation policy is as follows: Only 100% of the amount will be refunded if it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the service is performed. 24h past no amount will be refunded.

Return Policy

  • Any cancellation of the contract must be made in writing by email to our customer service center.
  • If we receive your cancellation request more than 48 hours before the pick-up time of the transfer you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the amount paid for the reservation. No refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 24 hours before the scheduled time of the transfer you wish to cancel.
  • Refunds will be made within 15 days.

Baby seats

We do not provide baby seats as we do not guarantee the pick-up service. If child/baby seats are not included, we advise you to bring your own.

Luggage

  • Our prices include one bag or suitcase per passenger (based on the maximum combined size of 158 cm, length + width + height) per item. All baggage must be advised when booking. Smaller items that can be carried in the passenger’s footwell (e.g. laptop, small handbag or shoulder bag) do not need to be advised. The passenger will be responsible for all additional charges if an extra vehicle is required for baggage not advised when booking.
  • Excess baggage as well as bulky items may incur an additional charge.

Contact

  • Any contact regarding the modification of your booking details must be requested by email or through the ‘Your Bookings’ section (accessible through our site).
  • It is essential to check that the email address you provided is correct and that you read all incoming emails up to the time of your transfer.
  • In the event of unavoidable alterations to the contract, you will be informed by email to the address provided by you at the time of booking, the act of sending this email being considered as proof of its receipt by you. The same system applies to all other advisory messages we may send you.
  • If for any other reason you are unable to be at the pick-up point within a reasonable time after the scheduled pick-up time specified on your Voucher, the driver will attempt to contact you on the mobile phone number you have provided.
  • If it is not possible to contact you because you have not provided a working mobile phone number at the time of booking; does not have a good connection, no signal, voicemail is activated or the call is not answered, the service will not be provided. The Driver is relieved of his obligations and a refund will not be made.

Force majeure

Oficial Taxi and the driver are not responsible for changes, delays or cancellation of the service due to Force Majeure or any other unfavorable or unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the drivers.

Languages

  • Our customer service and email support is available in English, Spanish during business hours. We will try to provide assistance in the language you use to make your booking whenever possible.
  • While we pay great attention to the quality of the translation of our websites and terms and conditions, in the event of a discrepancy the English version will prevail.
